Participate in Connections

Our aftercare stands apart as the single most important and crucial component of the Convoy of Hope outreach. Children, teenagers and adults who make a decision for Christ must be effectively assimilated and discipled by Connections churches. Prayerfully consider making a sacrificial investment in the life of a new believer. Training opportunities for connection will take place on November 1st & 8th before the day of the outreach. All of our Connections Team members must attend a training meeting to serve on the Connections Team.
